Hi All,
I rent out a flat. The current person living in the flat was found via a local company who took care of his deposit. I've been chasing the agency for a while as they owe me some money for overcharging me at the outset.
I then stumbled across this:

Am I in anyway responsible for the deposit as I didn't handle it and there's a good change the tenant won't get his money back from the now folded agency?
