Looking at
70m2 of Bevel lock light oak £13 persqm - its got a small groove between the strips - nice!
10m2 There's silver blue slate effect £15 persqm(moisture resistant for bathroom)
I think they ar both a good thickness at 12mm (need to recheck) - which looks/feels good. I saw some 6mm stuff and it didn't look like it would last.
Any recommendations out there?
Thanks for loking.
I don't think 'best' equates to laminate flooring at £13 per M2. 70 m2 of cheap laminate will look and sound like 70m2 of cheap laminate. IMHO of course.
You'll probably get engineered oak for that price at magnet trade if you haggle a bit. Will be far superior. They do the slate effect tile loc stuff too.
Cheers, I'll check out Magnet - Forgot about them.

I would be surprised if you could get it that cheap! I just paid around £30 per sq m (although it was single plank and quite thick).
I have been synical about Ikea for years but alas they do produce quality stuff at superb prices
