I saw an osteopath this week who said to me the base of my lumbar spine had fused. I assume this is due to me driving a lot (M Sport BMWs are really uncomfortable!)

The pain shows in my knee when I try and stretch my right glute (left is no problem). And my whole right leg seems a lot tighter yam the left.

Has anyone else suffered from this before and how did you go about recovering?

Erm, without a proper medical diagnosis, it's unlikely it's fused. If you are having on-going trouble, go see your GP. Fusion is where they bolt the vertebrae together so they fuse after removal of the disc.

You're probably very stiff !

Ps I snapped L1/T12 and have half my L1 missing now.

Sports physio rather than a gp.
Costs but it was worth it.
