I have a Rpi running Kodi Leila amd just want to install a web browser so I can log in to my Eurosport account and watch TdF in the backgrond.
There seem to be lots of tuts for getting streams for free. I just wamt a web browser.
Anyone able to help?

Are you running Rasbian or libreelec for Kodi?

Oh yeah I'm running Libreelec.

Ah. Won't work with libreelec because there's no graphics environment for it to run in. Sorry.
What I'd do is install Rasbian instead and just start Kodi as needed.
