Well after two weeks being pain free after the knee injury I sustained and being discharged by physio on Monday. I now have a hard grape sized lump just at the top left corner of my pateller. When I flex my knee the lump kinda moves around to the knee. If I press it it causes a sharp pain down my leg otherwise I have a aching feeling in the knee area. Doesn't look or feel swollen but it's only appeared in the last 24 hours.
Worth a gp visit again or Urgent care? Hoping it's not related to the knee trauma I suffered.

Look at the appointment card you got from the physio - it should have their number on it. Give them a call.
