Any recommendations folks? The units are all fitted (*), the worktop is ready to go, just needs one mitre joint and a hole for a sink. Could always DIY but I think that a pro would do a better job with less faffage.

Email's in profile. Ta.

(*) and have been since Xmas, plus it's at the MiL's place...

Sorry mate, bit far for me I'm up near Thame.

For what it's worth don't try the mitre thing by yourself unless you have the jig and a good router. Even for those who do it regularly its a time consuming faff to get just right.

What work top by the way ? I've assume laminate with rounded front edge. Natural wood is a lot easier esp if you are looking at a square front edge profile.

Wait overnight, there will be half a dozen adverts on here at about 5am tomorrow.

(I almost spam-hammered this thread on sight, good job I checked first.)

yep it's a rounded laminate.

Cougar - promise I'll do one hill rep for every kitchen spammer you have to bin tomorrow. That'll be worth it to get the MiL off my case.

Purist, best thing you can do is nip into your nearest Howdens and ask the guys at the counter for a reputable fitter. Simples.
