[Closed] Kitbag order - should I be worried?

So I ordered some football kit for the junior on the 10th Nov, Kitbag email dispatch confirmation on the 13th, I track order with My Hermes, various stages of faffing then the trail comes to a halt on the 17th, last notification "Awaiting courier receipt". Called them on the 18th, helpful sounding chap says will contact courier and call me back. No call by the following day (19th) so called them and there is a recorded message saying due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to answer your call, normal service to be resumed from the following day at 8 am. Today guess what, the same message. A quick Google suggests there may be some takeover by Sports Direct. I'm prepaaring for the worst, but at least I paid by credit card.....
Anyone heard anything about them recently?
