Just gone through the usual turn it of and turn it back on again scenario with the Amazon help desk finally to be told I need to replace the faulty device. It's 6 weeks out of warranty so they will only offer a 10% discount on a new device or a refurb.
Anyone had a go at taking one to pieces and trying fix it?
