Kielder Riders - Bloody bush trail,
Is this trail still closed? (boardwalk damage?) and as in closed/closed
Or is there diversions? and do the Diversions miss out the good bits? or still worth riding the trail?

I think it's pretty closed.
There's some other good stuff, the new mile descent is pretty fun but techy in places, it's a climb to the radar though.
Bloody Bush - It was open in June, there was a couple of snapped boards but nothing serious. First time for me and IMHO the effort/reward ratio was not worth it.

Same, I think I said it was probably the worst trail centre loop I'd ever ridden afterwards to the lad who's idea it was, and who'd done it previously. Each to their own but its not something I'd do again. Some of the new stuff on Deadwater side is decent enough
Heading down that area in September. Any recommendations on what is good to ride (sorry for the thread hijack)?
For me all the best bits are around the Deadwater Mile Down trail and the reds/black close to that (Deadwater Red on the FE site and parts of the Up and Over trail). Most of these can be done as: grimace (depending on wind direction) as you winch up a fire road, smile down the plummet, repeat as desired, once you know which fire roads to take (but that doesn't take long).
Personally I think the Deadwater climb to the top (on the Up and Over trail) is worth it, but only for the views (the level of tech is low and not really black until you get lower down towards Ravenshill Moor). The best bits of the Deadwater black (which Northern Downhill use from some races) can be reached by the fire roads towards "Quarry (dis)" on the 1:25000 OS map.
