We live on a short Cul de sac and at the peak of lockdown the Mrs drew a chalk 'obstacle course' from the main pavement to the end and back, loved watching from my WFH desk as passing nippers took off hopping, skipping and jumpning off down the road.

Some of the most basically decent, smart, funny and kind people I've ever met have been Americans, it makes the toxic political situation over there even more tragic.
