I'm planning on growing my own next summer, but in the meantime is there a secret to keeping the leaves fresh?
Don't pick it until you need it...

& if you do, wrap it in ally foil & keep in the fridge. (works great for celery, onion & coriander anyways)
I would love to know why wrapping in foil works. It's magic with celery and I have no idea why
I put a piece of kitchen towel in bagged salads, keeps them fresher once opened.
The salad we get in our veg box keeps for 2 weeks. It hasn't been washed which is why it doesn't go slimy like supermarket stuff. Maybe try buying from a grocer if it's unwashed?
Me mam puts damp kitchen paper over the top. Works great especially on big bunches of Coriander etc
