Hi all,
Anyone out there know the answer to this: how is pay calculated? Employer is denying me the pay scale in response to a pay inquiry (as I believed I'm underpaid relative to experience and qualifications). My rate is hourly and has a scale that I am towards the bottom of.
What can I do, if anything?
