I saw a clip of a guy in London on a tube licking his hand then wiping it up and down a grab handle too. Utterly baffling behaviour.

Yeah arresting ****s like this just empowers them, it gives them exactly the response that they want.
I’d wager that if they got their ****s kicked in they’d be less likely to repeat.

They should have to pay the cleanup costs/cost of shop closure like that silly drunken woman who forced a plane to land by saying she was going to open the door had to pay for the cost to the airline.

It's bizarre as the article implies they weren't even doing it in front of staff/customers, they were only seen on CCTV? So they were deliberately trying to infect people, not shock people? Just deranged!
