damn! went along to the local running club social run night, they sent me out in a group that included two keen run club girls who set the pace and i damn near died trying to keep up. further and faster than i ever go on my own. feel really good now though, cheers to those who once in a thread suggested i join the local goup!

Funny, I saw a video with that same title once. Definitely not about running club.
We used to have a girl come out on our roadie club run evenings. Damn quick she was too.....Jo Rowsell....I wonder what ever happened to her cycling career...
