I’m unsure why they posted a picture of just her and not him too.. is it cos’ she is a lady? and therefore can be publicly ridiculed for being a harlot? or some such derogatory moniker?

Congratulations on your trying to bring The Sexyism into this story, but they couldn't take a photo of the man because he wasn't there. Not being there makes it hard for the best of photographers to get a photo of someone, because the person isn't there.
Hirst, of Gypsey Road, was in court as the video was played but Smith, of Field Road, was not present and the magistrates were told he was in prison for other matters.
Reminds me of the Fat Slags strip where she's being entered down a back alley (again not a euphemism but may as well be) whilst eating her chips.
