For what purpose?

Live Trace in Illustrator sometimes gets OK results. But in my experience its usually best to re-draw from scratch.

Not sure how you'd convert a jpeg to a vector automatically, and it depends what the image contains.

I hold my hands up = I know nothing about this malarky!

I have drawn up some decals and have them in a JPEG format. I think I need them in vector for them to print.

Just trying to help out the chap printing them .....

If they're recognized brand logos just google for "xxxxx Free vectors" - there's a good chance they're already on the web.

Other than that re-drawing is the only real option as traced logos tend to look shite!
