I forgot that I needed to see someone for work on my day off after an incredibly exhausting weekend supporting a group up at Aviemore and only just managed to rearrange yesterday as the extra day off. I spent most of it dozing. I can't believe just how drained it made me. I'm still knackered and feeling grateful for having a very light day of work today.
