I've not really had one. I went to current work as student placement, and they didn't freak out when I didn't leave.

Work for the same bloke now who I casually rang up some 20 years ago to see if he'd "got owt" for me. There's been times when I thought what am I still doing here but I am still here...

I sort of had an interview, well loaded a truck and talked to the bosses if that's an interview. 21 years on still waiting for my 3 month review.

Had one to join my first company as a grad. Next 12 job moves were all done without interview, apart from one semi-faked one for HR and one that was 15 minutes over coffee.

Change of company involved an hour long coffee meeting, then an hour long chat/interview with a couple of people.

That's pretty good going for 20+ years.
