Evening all,
Does anyone know what mountain was just shown on ITV4 during TDF competition?

Spiky structure on top, above the clouds and not Ventoux.

I didn't see the pic, but there was an observatory on top of on of the mountains in the Massif Central that they climbed this year. It is apparently the only mountain top observatory in France that has permanent residents.

I didn't see it but Tourmalet maybe? Pic du midi, next to it, has an observatory and visitors centre on top.

Just seen the competition on ITV and I'm now certain its pic du midi next to col du Tourmalet in the Pyrenees as above.
