Me and the missus both have iPhones, but is there a way to have the two phones linked to separate iTunes accounts on iTunes?
Obviously we both have different contacts and stuff and I don't want to fill my phone with the pics etc she has on hers. Also I recently dropped my phone and replaced it on insurance, however went to connect to iTunes and only her phone is there and it wants to restore my device to that even though it is stored on the cloud!

For simplicity, I would create two user accounts on your PC/Mac. Especially as you are using separate Apple IDs.
....it's either that or have separate iTunes libraries, which means you'll have to remember load the correct one when needed.
