I've made an executive decision that I'm going full filth...

null

Maccy D's double quarter pounder with cheese. Mmmmmmmmm

What have you got lined up then, fellow porkers?

No triple cheeseburger then? Lightweight!

Nothing for me, I’ve been on ‘holiday’ for the last 2 weeks and been eating filth for most of it

I’ve just had bacon and egg for brunch, but as I have that most days I’m not sure it counts.

The weekend will be wall to wall filth though.

Just stuffed down a bacon, sausage, tomato, black pudding & cheese on three piece of shite white bread. It was joyous, it's been at least 6 months since I last had one...
I was vaguely tempted by the KFC 80 piece of chicken deal, but hate wasting fud.

Got a cheese and onion pasty for lunch left from yesterday's bakery delivery. Feeling distinctly lightweight so far.

I had a craving for an old-skool lunch.
2 white crusty cobs, half-inch thick cheese, a wedge of onion and a pile of chutney. Lovely.

Scrap what I said above, parents have brought me back a Botham’s Whitby heritage ginger loaf from their holiday in Yorkshire. I’ll be eating it with butter, cheese and maybe on its own too

Just tucked away a McD’s Double quarter pounder with a triple cheeseburger as a side and a caramel McFlurry for dessert. I’ve just added it to my calorie tracker! I wish I hadn’t!!

They are eggs.

Wet ones.

In a bag.

48 of them

A bag of 48 wet eggs.

You should totally google " wet eggs"

You won't regret it.

Probably

These - very awesome, and quite tingly in a "I've put too much Colemans mustard on my steak" way.   Worth a runny nose to finish a bag in one go.

MrsMC has treated to me to a caramel cream eclair, and there's an Indian meal for two in the fridge.

I NEED to try those peanuts. If those are your bag, you should give these buggers a go. A proper take-no-prisoners crisp that make roast beef and mustard Brannigans taste a bit girly

Nice bit of trademark avoidence on those nuts...

Pile of spicy noodles for lunch, had a massive kebab last night so not going made today, not sure what's for tea.

Not much in the fridge, but there were some chicken breasts still on the bone which was clearly not ideal. So I stuffed them with provolone cheese and garlic, then wrapped them in bacon and shoved them in the oven 🙂

Brekky, pan fried bacon, avocado, 3 egg ommo washed down with a bullet proof coffee.

Lunch, salted macadamia and pecan nuts

Dinner, bbq'd lamb ribs marinated in curry paste with oven roasted brocolli, sprouts and cauliflower.

Keto/low carb is fab

I've just eaten a Deep Pan Pepperoni Feast, chicken dippers and a (mini) magnum.

Yes, that was a 2000 calorie lunch 🙂

In my defence, I'll be asleep at dinner time, and riding from 10pm through to mid afternoon tomorrow so it's just a sharpener really 🙂
