We need people to have kids in order to pay our pensions and operate our economy when we're all wrinkled old prunes staring out over Bournemouth seafront. Simple as that.

We only need to replace those leaving us though, we don't need to grow continuously.

Society should reward hard work and give people the will to work hard for themsleves and not rely on the state

Das arbeit macht frei.

As long as they're nice middle class ones though...?!

I couldn't give a monkeys about class. I'd just like them to be somewhat well adjusted and productive members of society.

And UK birthrate is well below replacement rate. Has been for over 30 years.

Yes but average working duration is higher, so they don't need replacement, you're only looking at death rate. Continuous growth = economic, life quality and free space suicide.

the government takes more than half my money

But it's not really your money is it ?

The clue......... is in the fact that all coins and banknotes have the same portrait of some tart on them.

Of course you could always make your own coins and banknotes - and slap a picture of yourself on them.
They would however be complete worthless.

The 'wealth' you enjoy is totally dependant on society and the state. Without the state you would be penniless.
So stop whingeing and be grateful.

No, but I'd happily see people think twice before dipping their wick if they thought they might not be able to afford to look after the results.

the 7th word is the problem, it would make no difference to many.
