Frankly I expected better from a man of your frankly masterful culinary tastes. You gave the world the English Breakfast Pie, for Gods sake. You can't be messing about with stuff like this!

I just tried Beetroot juice for the first time. It was difficult to get down I can tell you.

As long as you believe what you think it will do for you ,gulp away.

Just close your eyes and swallow ๐Ÿ™‚

Mmmmm crispy seaweed thins, used to get them at my sadly now closed local korean restaurant, the idea being you would put rice and other foodstuffs in them - quite nice like that, but a bit odd on their own
