It will pass. Bit of conditioner in it will help.

When I forgot my razor on a mapping trip, it took about 4 weeks to get past the itchy stage, then it turned into smother your face in the shower stage. The smothering was way worse!

As above, a bit of conditioner will help and it does pass.

Remember, kids:

A liberal application of E45 mostly sorts my itchy/scabby/dandruffed chin out...mostly.
It's not a pretty thing but I'm lazy...

Just a little trim with a pair of scissors should sort it

Use a scrubbing brush in the shower, it's dead skin that makes it itch. Combine with daily moisturising and the itching should totally stop. Be careful with conditioner, most will strip the natural oils from your beard. Try something with coconut in it, the oil is good for beards.

Get a beard comb if you don't already have one.

Don't be tempted to shave it. Stick with it and try to find a barber who can properly trim beards.

Shave it off ... does not suit you hence you face itch.

A sign that you are allergic to beard.

Keep going, shampoo and condition no more than 3 times a week, doing frequently will strip it of its natural oils and make it itchier, some beard oil can help but most of all... perseverance,
The itchy phase will pass.

Don't listen to the naysayers, its your birthright as a man to grow your beard!

Beard On!

There are only two kinds of people who don't wear the beard, women and boys. You are neither! 🙂

I only very occasionally use conditioner, usually after it's been trimmed - I go for a slash and burn approach and hack it right back every month or so.

Yes, that's correct, every man with a beard is a Hipster including Moses, Santa and my granddad.

errmm ... I bet they are way older than you ... way older.

Moses has beard because in those days they do not have Gillette DE razor With Personna DE blade.

Santa has beard because he needs to survive at high altitude traveling or his face will freeze at that height.

Granddad has beard because he couldn't be bothered to shave due to £20 for 5 cartridge blades.

You have beard because someone told you too? ... argghhh ...

🙄

I'm not aware of been told to grow a beard, I grew a beard because I'm a man and I can grow one, I don't look at other men and aspire to look like they do, If there's a trend to grow beards, great, if there's a trend to shave everyday, great,

Great for people that worry about trend's.
