Judging by the pics, I can only see that the new one is much much bigger. Surely that's better value?

Nah, it ain't bigger; camera angles deceive.
And I refuse to ask for a 'snicker';- if they ain't got a Marathon then it doesn't matter ...

what's different? Isn't the goo on the top just a function of temperature? Stick it in the fridge.

pfft, kids, you're clearly too young to remember the confectionary joy that was the unfettled Mars, the chocolate was much thicker, the caramel was more like a very soft slow toffee and the whippy stuff was browner and tasted so much better. the current Mars is a pathetic anemic charlatan!

I agree, but what really grieves me is the lack of Texans and the diminutive diameter of todays Wagon Wheels.

we're going to get into Curlywhirly terratory here. I'm sure as a child I used to use one to climb down from my bedroom window when I was sent to my room.

Its doesn't matter what vintage a Mars Bar is, the Jocks will still ruin it.

Mars Bars? MARS BARS?

When I were lad I got a handful of hot gravel washed down with last nights bath water, and I were grateful.
