Wonder if the legion of STW IT guys can help me out with this: seems there is a bug with my dolphin file manager (1.6.1) in that it fails to see new files until I refresh the window.
Small pain, but does anyone know how to fix this? Alternatively, can anyone recommend me a file manager for KDE?

Dolphin is a pretty good option and there aren't many out there as well finished. Maybe try Krusader, the newer versions are meant to be okay.
