Hello all,
I know that this is a long shot but I have just got some diagnosis software for my car, I have an old laptop to run it but it has Windows 98 on it and I need 2000 or XP. As these are old unsupported versions is there any where i can get a free download (legally)?

I've tried to use compatibility mode, but my version of windows 7 does not support it so I have to use virtual PC, which I think still requires me to install the older version of windows.
I would like to keep my download legal...I guess eBay could offer me a solution.

Try XP mode on Windows 7.
Can't be bothered looking but there are a number of developer XP images available on virtual machines for pen testers and browser testers. Look for VMWARE test images.
