Since about a fortnight ago, I've not been able to to click through to URLs /websites from MS Outlook, Excel or Word. The error message says to contact the Admin, which is me.
Firefox is OK.
It's very annoying - how do i get the ability to follow clicks again?

Have you tried holding CRTL while left clicking?
It's Office 2003. Yes, I've tried Ctrl.
JUst hovering the mouse brings up the message "Blocked: http..url etc "
CLicking on the link brings up a message- This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions. Please contact your admin.
That's me, and I don't know why the change happened, nor how I can change it back
Sounds like the firewall blocking connections from Office. What firewall do you use?
Did you install any Microsoft updates around the time it stopped working? Some of them change security settings, but I've not heard of them changing that specific thing before.
