Home from work ...

Hour on the turbo (and enjoyed it!!!)

Quick dinner ...

2 hours of bike mechanics (including using every swear word in my extensive repertoire when a bolt wouldn't shift)

Exchange of messages with friends to arrange Saturday's road ride and Sunday's mtb ride

Now settled down with Victoria Pendleton's biography (oh, and a very nice glass of wine ๐Ÿ™‚ )

Anyone else doing similar as their Friday night activity?

Sounds like a perfect night in to me (apart from the choice of book).

Tazzy - can you be my girl alter ego? ๐Ÿ™‚

(You might have to watch trash tv as well and tell me what's going on so I have something to discuss in the office on Monday ...)

I notice you've left the washing up; so pretty typical for our house...

Wish I had the time for a spin out tomorrow on the roadie, instead got shopping, cooking and running the kids about instead ๐Ÿ™ wine and watching Guy Martin in Llandudno instead of a book. Was going to reroute the cable on my uppy downy seat pat but forgot to buy a cable.

I'm not home from work yet.

But I'll be there soon, so could you warm up my tea, and put the "welcome home" garments on?

Thanks ๐Ÿ™‚
