Good points. Clearly, for maximum points, one should match the honey and malt properly, have self-built the steel fatbike and use lemons grown organically in one's own orangery. One must try harder!

I *had* to stop at Tebay services today - no other services on the way home sell local, butcher made pies alongside organic fruit juices and fair trade coffee....

For a motorway service station Tebay is pretty good. I quite like raiding the shop for bread/cheese and various other overpriced lovely food and heading to Wet Sleddale for lunch.
