Most after shaves are alcohol based and become more volatile the warmer they get. As long as the bottle is properly sealed then it shouldn't be a problem but if the contents have warmed up above room temperature and you remove the top then it will evaporate quicker than if it was stored at a lower temp.
If you do stick it in the fridge make sure the seal is airtight otherwise your food, assuming there's more than beer in your fridge, will take on a whole new taste and smell.
