[Closed] Is driving from Brechfa to Porthmadog going to be as horrendous as I fear?

As title basically, got to do this journey soon. Is it going to be absolutely hellish or actually quite pleasant?

Basically I'll have a day to get from Swansea to Porthmadog - and time for a ride along the way.

Would like to check out Brechfa, but also tempted to revisit Nany-yr-Arian in order to break the back of the drive first.

It's a lovely drive. You're not in a hurry are you?

No hurry, on my holidays.

I just know how long it can take to get across smaller bits of Wales and wondered if it might be too much to bite off after a fairly long ride.

Yeah, that might be pretty horrendous. Over two days is nice though.
