for those that received their replacement i was wondering how long you had to wait for it coming through after apple received it?
In the repair status page i've product replacement pending since 6 January but no updates since then.
I appreciate getting a new ipod is pretty good customer service but its starting to take the piss a bit now. Sort of regret sending it off as the old one was working fine!
took about 6 weeks so i would say you are due anytime now
6 weeks but worth the wait.

Got mine today, I was gonna email them last night but they beat me to it with a dispatch confirmation email yesterday morning, 7 1/2 weeks in total from when I posted it 🙂

they obviously do it in batches
