Looking for an app that lets me toggle wifi/GPS/Aeroplane mode without delving into settings. Anyone know of such a thing or able to recommend one?

Nope. No can do. Apple don't let Apps fiddle with the phone settings like that.
You'd need to Jailbreak to get that.
You [i]can[/i] create shortcuts to the bits you want, without jailbreaking, but it is a little fiddly:
