So you're planning on sticking a 500gbp phone on your handlebars? Maybe on a road bike, no way I'd stick my phone on an MTB though!
You've never heard of insurance then 🙄
They're pretty tough, so as long as the phone's in the protective case it's unlikely to come to much harm, any more than if it was zipped into a pocket in your riding shorts or a camelbak. I'd have no issues about using one.
ive got a little topeak phone holder thing that clips to bars, use my i phone in it for music and gps tracking while out on the bike with no probs
