i think iphones log a waypoint every 3 seconds or so - anyone know of a way/app that can increase the number of waypoints per min?

I think MotionX GPS modifies the frequency based on your speed or the sport you select.
Don't know if it ever gets above every 3 seconds though - never examined the GPX files that closely.
