I've got my phone (iPhone 5s) connected to Ford SYNC (2015 Fiesta) via Bluetooth and USB cable, and most everything works - music, calls, etc. The one thing I can't get working is to have incoming phone calls show the caller name (from my address book) - not just the number - on the dash info center. Anyone know how to get this working?
I think you have to synchronise your phone book with the car.....
I have a 2015 Fiesta too and my Sync system does caller display OK. As above, you do need to load your phone addressbook into the system though. All done in the SYNC menu, you can set it to auto-sync addressbook changes too.
OK thanks - I'll try that. Next question - the wife and I share this car, so does anyone know if you can have two address books (from two different phones - they are already sync'd OK) synced/downloaded?
I think you can, I have my personal and work phone ; just download the phone books for each. You can set a phone as "favourite " too.
