I'm after an iPhone 5s I'm on orange and have a vodaphone for work. It seems like orange has way the best data network when comparing the two day to day.
I'm after a 32 g phone.
Anyone had any deals off EE or orange lately? I'm not using loads of minutes per month on calls and I'm not using loads of data.
I could put it through the business and get the business tariff.
A friend just got a good deal on a vodaphone via the disconnections dept. last time I upgraded with orange they wouldn't offer deals through disconnections on any iPhones, just android phones etc.
Has anyone had any deals through disconnections on ee/ orange. I'm also looking to upgrade the wife's iPhone 4 with a 5 c. I've been an orange customer since 1998 or thereabouts.
I got an amazing disconnection deal with orange. They didn't offer me anything much when I asked for my PAC Code but I didn't use it straight away when I got it - nice lady phoned me up and asked why I hadn't used it. I was honest about the t-mobile deal I was about to sign up to which was way better than they could offer. She matched it and added more minutes (which I didn't need) and sold me the iPhone for £80 rather than the cheapest deal elsewhere which was £180 at the time (2 years ago) for the 32gb model. Even with the cash back I was hoping for with t mobile the offer was amazing so I went for it.
If you wait a couple of weeks there will be better deals available on the 5s once everyone wants the 6

EE customer service worse than Planet X. Network good but if it goes Pete tong, good luck.
Funny enough I've been suffering at home for a while not being able to make/ take calls. So has the wife. Customer service first tier is useless but passed me on to the network service people who were helpful and said mast is buggered locally and won't allow all calls first time or something.
It seems though that they take ages to get someone out to it or must prioritise based on how many people it serves or how many complain ( I live in a village that's got fewer residents than tourists so a transient population in the summer and I guess the tourists don't notice poor service from the mast and don't bother to complain).
