I'm having problems with an album download. Purchased on a previous iPhone, but wouldn't back up to iTunes when I backed up the old phone and transferred everything to the new phone...
Anyhow, iOS music acknowledges that it is "purchased", but I can't re-download. Same on the PC with iTunes...
Drop them an email, despite being an obscenely huge/profitable company with questionable business practices (despite myself turning iMac back in 1999 then buying into the system with iPhone/macbook/ipad/apple watch) they do have a very fast response to support query of all types , prob due to the fact their support centres are sourced offshore/off planet with clone bred support staff that have to hit targets otherwise they're recycled into feed for the existing staff.
