[Closed] internet (alert?) related question...

..so I wanna buy something that out of stock online, site doesn't provide a "in stock" reminder option, so without manually checking it everyday (I've a busy life after all), what can I do/use to tell me when it comes into stock?
Is there anything, or is this moon on a stick territory?

Vaguely aware of google alerts, but as this well talked about piece of technology (ok its a nexus phone), I don't want every review setting off an alert and getting me all excited in anticipation, only to be let down by another rave review..

Thought it worth a question, as I've missed out on stuff before because I don't check back regularly enough & so must have others...
