For the past three weeks i've had long, detailed, quite intense dreams that i remember. In the past i'd remember dreams from one or two night, but now it is every night.

Is it caused by:

a) iDave and his diet trickery?
b) doing more exercise?
c) new mattress?
d) all of the above?

It is quite nice as i feel much less tired than normal.

Sometimes, which is nice. Almost all of them involve killing of some kind...

Alochol withdrawal.

It's been 9 years since my last drink, that is one powerful drug!

Nicotine patches? I went on them some years back and started having crazy dreams.

my missus used to have lots of vivid dreams and would insist on telling me about them.

IT WASN'T REAL; I DON'T CARE!
