So making some serious life changes as of yesterday causing a new found energy (spark) for living and life in general.
Now find myself not able to settle thus creating an excellent opportunity to clean the bike down and bring chain and cassette back to shiny life. Ooooooooh! 8)

Sometimes I get that too. Mine is more often about not being able to sleep as my mind is busy turning over alternatives etc... Can be a bit of a buzz for me - but is also a bit draining too!

I tend to get my best ideas when I can't sleep. Cleaning me cassette hasn't been one of them yet...
