I'm getting about 4 hours sleep at night and I feel like sh1t. No stress, no noise, no health issues but no sleep.
Somebody please say that they are getting less to make me feel better. I await to be outdone. 😉

If I got 4 hours sleep a night I couldn't function whatsoever. I'd need a good 3 hours in the afternoon to compensate.

when my insomnia was at its worst i only slept twice or three times a week. Most nights i didn't even bother to try.
