Come on then who's sick, injured and can't ride their bike then? Seems to be few.

I'll start, I'm currently recovering from shoulder surgery I had 2 weeks ago and can't even drive my car for at least another 3 weeks never mind cycling.

And yes i'm very bored.

Me; torn calf muscle and only 2 or so weeks to the Dyfi...

Looks like I won't make it. 🙁

I am off on holiday later this week and my wife bans me from any riding for at least a week before our holidays.

Seems unfair but 4 of our last 6 holidays have seen me on crutches or in a cast following an injury sustained during the previous week.

🙁

Not off work but badly torn calf, 2 weeks until I can drive, another couple until I can cycle gently so have had to sell dyfi entry and will evaluate my fitness for MM by the end of May, sometimes sh1t happens and when it does, I hate it 🙁

I'm recovering from being de-herniated last week. Which was the second op I've had in as many months so have been off the bike since mid-March.

Still, only another month or so to go. Sigh.

Bone graft on a non union in my forearm. Cast is (hopefully) off tomorrow, wrist was fractured too in original accident so that's going to take some physio. 2/3 weeks I reckon/hope

Broke my fibula 9 weeks ago and so far nowhere near knitting.

Ended up going privately to prove them wrong and me right but as local NHS are not interested (and have in fact discharged me). In for a long wait to get it plated on the NHS or a large bill if I decide to go private for the operation.

No biking or fencing for 9 weeks so far and no let up in sight.....

Regards,
Matt.
