I have been given a nook tablet, which is grand as I spend a lot of time on trains now, I have tried to download the Times app onto it, but it is telling me it isn't compatible. Is there any way around this or do certain apps just work on certain devices 9BT sport won't download either)

you'll have to hack it (it's only a soft one) so you can download apps from other sources (i.e not the nook store)
