I flew back from Ibiza to leeds on saturday, unbelievable views over the UK, Could still see france coastline (an outline) when over heathrow, full view of London, nottingham, sheffield & leeds! amazing!

Scotland does look rugged and it sort of explains why people live on the green bits.
Can't quite pick out the Surrey Hills though 🙂

Makes you realise that Lancashire, where I live, isn't really the North, there's loads more. In fact Dunsop Bridge, a little village within cycling distance of my house on the south edge of the Bowland fells, is reckoned to be the geographical centre of the UK.

'North' is not about geographical location. It's about how aligned you are with a few core principles.

Namely, derisive view of the capital, what goes on your chips and what colour your beer is.
