14 year old Seb Goold, who lost his leg in a horrific coach accident 5 years ago, is taking on an epic 5 hour hand cycle around Rutland Water to help a friend with Motor Neurone Disease.
The fact that he is still getting on with his own life is amazing, but to be doing this for an adult friend is truly moving.
I just want him to know that there are people behind him, so even if it's just a couple of quid, please take the time to make a small donation to help this fellow off-road cyclist.
