If anyone is ever in Perpignan when the Visa pour l'Image is on (or in the area) then it is a must see.
Last 2 weeks of Aug / First 2 weeks of Sept every two years. Almost worth planning a trip around it to be honest if you're into photojournalism / photography in general.
