My daughter has a new SIM (PlusNet) but it’s set to ring for a short time before going to voicemail and she struggles to get to it in time.
Is there an easy way of increasing this? iPhone SE on latest software if that helps. Ta!
Had this on my work phone - rang for 3 seconds! Took our IT department about 2 weeks to find the right code (think its an IME code or IEE or something?).
Anyway it should go something like this, but depends on phone and network provider:
Dial **61*121*11*
Then, before pressing call, enter the number of seconds you'd like your phone to ring for, followed by #
Press Call.
A confirmation message will pop up on your screen with your new ring time.
This will be related to the network I think.
How do I extend the ring time on my Plusnet phone?
We actually have a new voiemail reset code, which is **61*NUM**30#, where 'NUM' would be your Plusnet Mobile number and the '30' at the end denotes the ring time in seconds (this can still be adjusted in five-second increments.)
