It shows him landing in one of his other vids according to the comments at the bottom...but yes, it is a parachute.
Some of that's just a couple of hours down the road from me. It's near Åndalsnes in Norway. There's people move their from all over the world because the base jumping is so good. I've got a couple of friends who do it all the time and it's something I'd love to get into. Need to spend a year or 2 sky diving first though, I think.
